Smiths Homeware is a family run Business, based in Guildford, Surrey.

We sell a selection of unusual and stunning pieces that will certainly make your home stand out.

We sometimes sell larger quantities of items and occasionally one off items that we wont always stock.

Our aim is to provide great customer service  and 100% satisfaction in our Beautiful homeware items.

Our products will not be found in local shops!

Do you provide International delivery?

Currently we only ship within the UK but this is a working process. We Ship to England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

 

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted but all items must be returned in the same condition as they arrive, Any damaged items must be reported upon receipt due to the nature of goods, within a 24 hour period.

Non damaged  goods are returned at your own cost. Postage is a non refundable cost.

All returned items are arranged by the customer, we do not currently arrange returns.. Please contact us before returns. and will forward details to you.

PLEASE NOTE: You as the customer are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

What's your returns policy?

Returns  are accepted but all items must be returned in the same condition as they arrive, in original packaging, with appropriate packaging to prevent damage (as sent).

Items such as rugs and cushions must not be used.

Any damaged items must be reported upon receipt due to the nature of goods, within a 24 hour period. If parcel arrives damaged please sign for as damaged, if possible use photographic proof.

Non damaged  goods are returned and organised  at your own cost, Postage is a non refundable cost. Any damaged items will be fully refunded within 7 days of return, providing we are informed of any damages. Please contact before returning goods. 

We do not except returns on Imperfect goods, these are sold as shown, Policy can be found on Imperfect goods individual listings.

All non damaged goods must be appropriately packed as sent, this is to include packaging to protect goods whilst in transit. We can not take responsibility for goods returned to us broken. It is the customers responsibility to repack accordingly.

If you wouldn't expect broken items, neither would we.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned goods.

All returns must be returned within  14 days of arrival.

Please note that postage is non refundable. The cost of goods only will be refunded. We do not organise returns.

PLEASE NOTE: You as the customer are responsible for the cost of returning items to us and making sure the item is returned intact upon return.

Additional info:

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we, as an online store are under no obligation to honour it. We can offer a refund for the cost of purchased goods or sell at the correct price. Any problems please don't hesitate to contact.

How do I track my order?
 
All orders are sent tracked and signed for via Myhermes, once your order has been processed, your tracking details will be forwarded via Email,
 

How can I contact your couriers?

Postage Pricing

Postage is charged by packed weight, postage includes price for signed for service. we currently use evri.com
We only ever send our parcels tracked and signed for. The link can be found at the bottom of the page. To keep the costs down as postage can be expensive, we do use reused boxed. Postage is calculated at checkout..

We obtain pictures for all orders, package contents and complete parcels. This is done for proof of contents in box and to show the way in which the parcel leaves before reaching you.. If you find your parcel does not arrive in a satisfactory way please feel free to contact us.
